What i liked here is defining problem into 4 parts-

Critical
Serious
Medium
Low

Defining Severity
---------------------
To help rank and prioritize fixes I defined the severity of usability issues according to how difficult it is to accomplish a task.

Critical
---------
This usability problem will make some customers unwilling or unable to complete a common task. Fix urgently.

Serious
---------
This usability problem will significantly slow down some customers when completing a common task and may cause customers to find a workaround. Fix as soon as possible.

Medium
----------
This usability problem will make some customers feel frustrated or irritated but will not affect task completion. Fix during the next “business as usual” update.

Low
-----
This is a quality problem, for example a spelling error. Although this is a minor issue in isolation, too many “lows” will negatively affect credibility and may damage our brand.

3. Go where your customers are
You don’t need to arrange a perfect scenario to collect insights from your users. Just create a list with the places where you can easily find them and get there.

I used to go to some café or to my university, find a calm spot so I could leave my computer and ask for people passing by if I could show them a project I was working on… and guess what! They were like “Sure! Why not?”.

The good point about doing a test in a crowded place is that it replicates the usage scenario for most of the product, especially if you’re testing an app. People don’t pay full attention to your interface and probable do many tasks while using your application. So it’s a good opportunity to see whether the key visuals, call to actions and your writing has the correct impact.

(Learning from others is always a new experience)
